Pursuant to and for the purposes of EU Reg. 2016/679 we provide some information regarding the processing of your Personal Data, not only to comply with legal obligations, but also because transparency and fairness are a founding part of our activity within GDPR 679/2016.

Legal Basis
The processing of customer data is based on consent provided directly by the customer, through site registration, manual registration and newsletter subscription. The processing is necessary and to enable the conclusion of the service contract, or with the use or consultation of this site by visitors and users who explicitly approve this privacy policy and consent to the processing of their personal data in the manner and for the purposes described below, including the possible disclosure to third parties if necessary for the provision of a service. Purpose of processing:
- Follow up presales and business information activities requested by the subject
- Manage, conclude and execute the agreed contractual relationship, including any fulfillment related to tax and accounting obligations;
- Handle and execute the data subject’s contact requests, requests for the provision of services, in requests for assistance including through communication to third parties;
- Data resulting from implicit transmission in the use of Internet communication protocols, through processing to allow identification of users, IP addresses or the domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, including the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response. This data is collected in aggregate form only in order to verify the proper functioning of the site, and for security reasons used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site or for technical reasons of proper functioning;
- The data could also be used to ascertain liability in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the IT structure (legitimate interests of the owner);
- ORMA International Srl performs profiling in the manner and within the regulatory limits, with sending promotional information related to our services, marketing information, remarketing, advertising and other information that may be of interest to you based on the preferences expressed when providing personal data.

The Data Controller informs that it will carry out the processing of the data conferred, mainly directly or through assignment to another entity. This entity appointed to perform only data processor activities may be, secondarily, from outside Europe.
The interested party
in accordance with Article 15 of EU Regulation 679/2016 you have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of data concerning you, to obtain information on the origin and purposes and methods of processing, the updating, rectification, integration of data, the cancellation of data processed in violation of the law and you have the right to object to the processing for purposes of sending advertising material.

Data access – portability
You have the right to request copies of personal information you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, electronically readable format, and/or request us to transmit that information to another service provider (where technically feasible).
Lengths of treatment storage
In general, ORMA International Srl keeps your personal data short periods of time, or as long as necessary for the performance of the contract entered into.
- We may retain some of your personal data to the extent necessary to fulfill our legal and tax obligations as well as to protect our contractual interests.
- Exceptionally, we may retain some of your personal data for the purpose of conducting investigative activities, as required by law.
- We declare that 24 months after the end of contractual obligations or required presales and business activities, we will remove personal data not otherwise required by mandatory regulations.
Withdrawal of consent and restriction of personal data processing
You can at any time revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data by sending us a communication specifying that you wish to revoke your consent, or proceed directly with unsubscribing where provided. Revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing activities based on it prior to its revocation.
