ORMA was founded in 1997, specializing in Business Consulting and Human Resources. The name ORMA is an acronym of the words “ORGANIZATIONE” and “MARKETING,” conveying its main mission to organize and promote business on an international scale.

The story of  began as a company focused on Business Management and Organization. In 2007, on the occasion of its 10th anniversary, the company expanded its activities by creating an international division, specifically dedicated to the development of foreign business, with a special focus on the Russian market and the CIS countries (Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan).

Several operational offices were established from St. Petersburg to Omsk and from Minsk to Donetsk. This new organization allowed ORMA International to consolidate its presence in new markets and marked an important evolution in the company’s strategy, leading to greater specialization and international growth.

In 2022, from the spin-off of ORMA S.r.l., ORMA International S.r.l was born, with the aim of further strengthening international support for companies by offering scouting and business development services.
